Location: Gurugram, India
Experience: 3–5 Years
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory obligations.

ITS Engineer (Tolling & ATMS)
Location: Multiple Sites (India)
Experience: 3+ Years in Intelligent Transportation Systems
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ITS Engineer to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Tolling Systems and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) at our project sites. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in ITS technologies, field operations, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of ITS components including ETC (Electronic Toll Collection), ANPR cameras, WIM systems, VMS boards, and traffic sensors.
- Manage site-level operations and maintenance of Tolling & ATMS equipment.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely deployment and system uptime.
- Perform regular diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with NHAI/MORTH standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Support integration and data flow between field devices and central command/control centers.
- Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and communication with the central engineering team.
- Provide training and technical guidance to site staff and operators.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tolling Systems (ETC, Smart Class) and ATMS.
- Familiarity with hardware components like PLCs, network switches, IP cameras, loop detectors, etc.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS232/485, Modbus).
- Experience in troubleshooting field-level equipment and coordinating with technical teams.
- Willingness to travel to and work from various project sites across India.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on NHAI projects or PPP model highways.
- Familiarity with ITS integration platforms like SCADA, GIS, or control room systems.
- Exposure to electrical/mechanical infrastructure for toll plazas or traffic control.

Project Manager - ITS (Tolling & Advanced Traffic Management Systems)
Location: Project Site/Regional Office/Mobile Across India
Experience: 7+ Years (with at least 3+ years in ITS projects)
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager – ITS to lead and manage end-to-end deployment of Tolling Systems and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS). This role requires leadership in project execution, client coordination, resource planning, and vendor management, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with NHAI/MoRTH guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ITS project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
- Manage implementation of Toll Management Systems (TMS), ETC systems, ATMS components (VMS, CCTV, ANPR, Speed Detection, WIM, etc.).
- Coordinate with stakeholders including government bodies (NHAI, MORTH), consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Handle vendor negotiations, procurement planning, and ensure quality control during implementation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ITS specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, prepare project documentation, and generate periodic progress reports.
- Supervise field teams and ensure O&M protocols are followed post-deployment.
- Provide technical insights to support integration, testing, commissioning, and audit processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure or technology project management.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing ITS/Tolling/Smart Highway projects.
- Excellent project planning and team coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of ITS components: ETC, VMS, ANPR, SCADA, Smart Poles, etc.
- Familiarity with NHAI/MORTH specifications and project documentation standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with site mobility, highway technologies, and infrastructure rollout.
- Ability to use tools like MS Project, Primavera, or other project tracking software.
