Dr. Harsh Mohan Walia
Dr. Harsh Mohan Walia, a retired Indian Army officer, brings over 30 years of distinguished experience spanning defense, government, and development sectors. After his service in the armed forces, he played a key role in state governance as Joint Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Punjab, where he led initiatives to modernize veterinary and agricultural infrastructure. He also served as State Head for the Punjab Chapter of the World Bank-supported National Milk Mission, achieving significant progress in dairy productivity, sustainability, and farmer engagement.
Known for his expertise in policy reform, public-private partnerships, and stakeholder management, Dr. Walia is currently the Managing Director at Netrabit Networks. He guides the company’s strategic focus on government projects, infrastructure development, and tech-based governance, ensuring alignment with national priorities and fostering innovation in public sector solutions.

Dr. Puneet Walia
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Dr. Puneet Walia serves as CEO of Netrabit Networks, bringing a rich blend of academic rigor and industry expertise. He holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication, an MBA in IT Operations from Thapar University, and a PhD in Business & Strategy Management. With over 15 years in the tolling and intelligent transportation sector, Dr. Walia has deep insights into infrastructure, technology, and mobility policies. He has delivered numerous ITS projects in collaboration with top global system integrators, concessionaires, and consultants.
A certified PMP, he adopts a structured, results-driven approach to project execution. His efforts have advanced toll automation, traffic analytics, and smart urban mobility across India. Under his leadership, Netrabit is driving innovation in ITS, aligning cutting-edge solutions with real-world transportation needs and ensuring sustainable, high-impact outcomes in mobility and traffic management.

Mr. Naween Kumar
Mr. Naveen Kumar, Chief Technology Officer at Netrabit Networks, leads the company’s technological vision with over 17 years of expertise in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). An Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Karnataka, he has been instrumental in transforming transportation technology in India. He has successfully led implementation of over 1000 toll lanes in Toll Management Systems (TMS) and delivered impactful projects in ATMS, smart parking, and urban mobility.
A pioneer in emerging tech, Mr. Kumar has driven innovations such as Drone-Based Highway Analytics, Red Light Violation Detection (RLVD), Power BI dashboards, and mobile platforms for toll and traffic management. His strategic leadership ensures that Netrabit remains at the forefront of digital transformation in infrastructure and smart mobility, helping cities and highways operate more efficiently through data-driven, intelligent solutions.
